Hi! I’m Chloe McNall, a Certified ISR Instructor serving families in the Wichita area. I graduated from Maize South High School in 2021 and went on to attend Wichita State University, where I pursued a degree in business.

My love for teaching children in the water began in 2019 when I started working at Wichita Swim Club as a swim instructor. I quickly realized how rewarding it was to help children become more confident and capable in the water, but I wanted to take that passion a step further by teaching skills that could truly save a child’s life.

After graduating high school, I applied to become an Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) Instructor and was accepted into the program. I completed six weeks of intensive, hands-on training in Apopka, Florida under the guidance of a Master Instructor and became a Certified ISR Instructor in October 2022. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping children develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to be safer in and around the water.

ISR’s mission is especially personal to me. My twin brothers completed the ISR program when they were young. When they were three years old, they unexpectedly made their way into our backyard and entered the swimming pool without an adult present. My family experienced firsthand just how quickly an accident around water can happen and how important survival swimming skills can be. That experience is something I carry with me every day as an instructor and is a huge part of why I am so passionate about ISR’s mission of “Not One More Child Drowns.”

For me, ISR is about more than teaching children how to swim. I love watching my students grow in confidence, gain independence, and have that moment when everything they have been working toward finally clicks. Knowing that I am giving children an additional layer of protection around the water makes what I do incredibly rewarding.

Outside of ISR, I love spending time with my family and friends, being at the lake, golfing, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with my fiancé, Zach. I’m so grateful to the families who trust me with their little ones, and I feel incredibly lucky to play a small part in helping make our community safer around the water.
